Mission Statement

Hi everyone, this is Jeff Curran. Founder of the Jeff Curran Invitational. It is my goal to raise the standard for what a submission grappling event should be — professional, fair, and true to the values of martial arts

Not only is it my intention to bring great match-ups to the fans, it is also to build a professional platform that supports grappling athletes, brings people together, and helps grow the Jiu-Jitsu community both here locally and across the country.

I’ve spent my life on the mats — competing, coaching, and helping others develop through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I know what it means to put in the work, show up ready, and carry yourself with respect. That is what the JCI is all about.

So, whether you’re stepping on the mat to compete, sitting in the crowd, or following along on a livestream from across the country — I want JCI to be something you’re proud to be part of.

I want every competitor and their teams to know that I am putting the athlete first and that everyone on my show will always be treated honestly and fair.
